Our team is currently located between Maine and New York with our HQ in a humble 19th century mill located on The Royal River in Yarmouth, Maine just 15-minutes on I-295 from Maine’s largest metro - Portland.

Media Operations Coordinator

As a Media Operations Coordinator, this person will ensure our clients' stories are released into the world and managed internally for ease in reporting and reconciliation. Our Media Ops Coordinator will work closely with our internal media, creative, and accounts teams to ensure we’re running the correct messages and the delivery of creative assets are accurate. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented. As with any role in our collective - this role should fully embrace the vision, mission, and values of the company. The overall responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed below.


  • Gathering and distributing creative assets across all mediums including digital, social, print, broadcast and out-of-home, on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Manage the internal library of creative assets across a portfolio of local, regional, and national B2C and B2B brands.
  • Build and maintain digital ad tags and UTM codes
  • Create traffic instructions for media vendors and enter traffic information into the traffic and billing system.
  • Ensure data points from social channels and DSP are accurate against what is appearing in external client dashboards.
  • Work with our media reporting team to maintain timely delivery of weekly and monthly data reports.


  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Extremely organized
  • Ability to think beyond the immediate task
  • Self-sufficient but not afraid to seek help when needed
  • Natural ability for problem solving
  • Can learn and adapt quickly

  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ years of media experience preferred
  • Strata, WideOrbit or similar media software experience a plus
  • 2 - 4 year college degree in media studies, communication, marketing or related work experience, a plus
