Dirigo Collective is looking for an highly-organized and communicative Media Manager to focus on media activation and optimization across digital and linear campaigns. You will have the opportunity to be a part of an innovative, fast growing company focused on creating emotional connections with audiences and moving them from passive to active, while contributing positively to the communities and environment that Dirigo Collective serves. You report directly to the Director, Digital Media and will be leading a small but growing media team.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working in media agencies, media technology platform or a digital planning/buying role, direct digital media publisher/outlet including platform experience across ad serving (DCM, GAM, Criteo), DSP (DV360, TTD), and paid social media campaigns
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, meticulousness
  • Professional client communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities, and to proactively organize and communicate daily tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team, with keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience working on custom executions/out of the box ideas with premium digital publishers a plus
  • Well versed in the office document suites including Microsoft and Google
  • Lead junior team members (1-3 specialists) in day-to-day executions; prior management/oversight experience required
  • CPG, Retail, or eComm experience is a plus
  • Experience working in Mavenlink a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of all paid media, including television, radio, SEO/SEM, email, social media, streaming, print, out-of-home, and display advertising campaigns
  • Manage the measurement and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Provide ongoing support to junior level team members through one-on-one feedback
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on those insights
  • Monitor the planning, exectution, and help analyze measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective, to the Directors, for adoption where appropriate

  • Responsible for ongoing coordination and communication with internal/external teams on performance
  • Facilitate completion of campaign reporting, in partnership with internal team members and external ad-ops partners
  • Act as an escalation point on activation best practices, processes, and tech issues
  • Proactively seek opportunities to create efficiencies in day to day role, sharing processes, and procedures with team members
  • Work closely with the Director, Digital Media to consistently exceed client expectations.
