We’re in the middle of a pandemic and we know it’s not pretty— fear not, we’ll clean up for some updated photos when its safe to do so. We’re dedicated to the responsibility that comes with what we do, the impact it has on our communities, culture, and environment.
We know content and advertising touches people’s lives, shapes public discourse, impacts public policy and how people choose to spend their hard earned dollars. We’re unlike other agencies and media companies. We are committed to utilizing content as a platform for doing good, sharing stories, and creating emotional connection that moves audiences from passive to active members of society.

Chris works with the team in developing channel strategies across platforms to help brands build greater relationships with their audience. His career in media began as a Multimedia Journalist before working in advertising for some of the country’s largest and most diversified media companies in the country including Tegna, Sinclair Broadcast Group, and Cox Media Group. Maine-raised with a passion for the sea, you can find him typically somewhere between Casco Bay and Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Driven by a curiosity of the ever-changing media landscape and studying how people engage with brands makes him an invaluable asset for any business looking to strengthen their presence and advertising investments.
Leaping headfirst from an analog world to the digital universe, Matty arrived in Maine from a life aboard classic sailing yachts and immersed himself in Portland; first running the nonprofit Tall Ships Portland, before joining the marketing team at Shipyard Brewing Co. By happenstance, he was introduced to Chris and was inspired by the dream of changing the status quo in advertising. Fascinated by the ever-growing capabilities in the world of digital ads, Matty endeavors to find creative new ways to connect brands with the wider world. To balance it all out, he enjoys designing and building wooden furniture.
Whether analyzing meteorological patterns in Guam, or researching granular demographics in Gorham, Kate Reilly knows well the World and how people interact with it. Growing up in the part of New Jersey where people aren’t always driving like Mad Max, she traveled to the far side of the world for years with the US Navy before returning stateside. After landing in Maine in 2004, Kate has solidified her years of experience across multiple media channels and a wide array of partnerships, allowing for a unique insight in planning channel strategy. Additionally, few people know that Kate’s a classically-trained singer!
Bobbi-Lyn is always on the hunt for a good outdoors adventure, especially if it involves being near the waters of Maine. She was born and raised here; growing up in Lyman, and now calling New Gloucester her home with her husband Rob and her daughter Rowan! She and her family love to fish, swim, and hike whenever they can, and finish the day with a challenging puzzle. With a degree in Early Childhood Education, she was a steadfast educator of young minds – and she’ll quietly admit that they’re far easier to teach than the team in the DC office!
Benn’s professional career started as a commercial and editorial photographer in the wakeboarding industry with a client list including Osiris Shoes, The US Coast Guard, Fox Racing, Nike 6.0, Mastercraft Boats and a myriad of wakeboarding and water sports publications. He then decided to direct his passion, high level of energy and business experience towards supporting causes he cares about as a political field consultant for pro LGBTQ legislative and ballot campaigns all across the united states. He is excited to be a part of the Dirigo Collective family and to apply the leadership skills and business acumen he has acquired to helping the agency best serve our clients. When not working, you can find him at the climbing gym, surfing, training for a spartan trifecta, or out hiking and backpacking with his dog Remy.
Jon brings the “where do they come up with this stuff?” to the DC creative team. In his epic poem-worthy exploits he’s thrown his weight around small design studios and large ad agencies working on clients of all shapes and sizes. A New England native Jon was bred on the rugged coast of Maine and carries with him a sense of adventure and hearty determination found only in the twinkle in the eye of a german shepard breaking into a sausage factory.
Meticulous in his craft, Jon is a go-getter and is passionate about using his creativity to make the world better and to help clients achieve their goals.
Kevin keeps the train on the tracks by handling all content management and logistics. He joined this team of renegades with over a decade of experience in education and music. He has developed a passion and drive for brand identity bringing new life into these areas through engaging advertising and innovative design, and combining them in ways that aren’t otherwise being presented. Also, typography. He really loves typography.
